EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI)
INTRODUCTION
The Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilization in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Acts 2007 intends to undertake the execution of the under-listed Projects under the 2025/2026 Capital Appropriation of the Centre. The Centre therefore invites reputable and interested consultants to submit Expression of Interest for the following under-listed Projects:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for consideration, Applicants are required to submit the documents stated hereinafter. Failure to submit any of the under-listed documents shall lead to the disqualification of the Applicant:
i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC 1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7. Business name is also acceptable for services;
ii. Evidence of Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates of all partners in case of business Name) for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025) valid till 31st December, 2026;
iii. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above);
iv. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 5 and above or the bidder’s annual turnover is N50m and above);
v. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
vi. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2026 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
